Ingredients:
1 Iberian ham.
A handful of aromatic herbs.
1 liter of beer
Salt.
Preparation:
We light the oven at 180º and, while it warms up, we dab the ham with the aromatic ones, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt.
Place the ham in a container in which we have previously poured the beer, and proceed to put it in the oven.
We bake an hour and a half, turning it every 20 minutes and watering it with the roast juice.
