MANCHEGO CHEESE AND IBERIAN HAM TAPAS

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread without crust

Manchego cured cheese

Iberian Ham

Little leaves of parsley

Preparation:

With a roller, we flattened the slices of bread. Once flattened with scissors we cut the edges and round them.

We toasted them a little bit. (1-3 Minutes)

We started to assemble the lid. Place the cheese on the bread, and then, on top of the cheese, the Iberian ham.

We grate it with the hot oven for 40 or 50 seconds.

We decorate it with some leaves of parsley ... and that's it. (You have to eat it hot).
