Ingredients:
1 artichoke or 1 bag of artichokes in pieces
2 cups of Iberian Ham
3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation:
Cook the artichokes as indicated on the bag,
or to your taste, if you use a whole artichoke.
In a pan, put the oil and sauté the ham cubes.
Add the artichokes after having taken them out of the pot and drain them beforehand.
We wait about 2-3 minutes to catch the flavor of ham.
We serve on a plate and we are ready to enjoy!
