IBERIAN HAM ROLLS WITH AVOCADO

Ingredients: 

1 avocado

3 tomatoes

1 onion

100 grams of Iberian ham

Parsley

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Directions: 

Peel the avocado and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cut into cubes together with the tomato and onion. Mix everything with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and parsley.

In a slice of ham put the mixture and rolled. You can go through the roll with a toothpick so it does not open. Sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil.
