ARTICHOKES FILLED WITH IBERIAN HAM

Ingredients: 

2 or 3 artichokes per person

Iberian ham chips

Salt

Olive oil

White pepper

Directions: 

Cut the stem of the artichokes, clean them under the tap, and heat in the microwave for 7 minutes using a plate and cover them while they heat up.

Place the artichokes on a baking tray, put the salt pepper and a little oil. Place the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes.

When you have two or three minutes to put the ham inside the heart of the artichoke and the heat that is left will melt the fat that has the ham. It will give them a great touch!

And in little more than half an hour we have fantastic artichokes, great for the diet and as an accompaniment to meat or fish.
