PIZZA ROLL WITH IBERIAN HAM, CHEESE, BEICON AND TOMATO

Ingredients:

For the dough:

 250 gr. Of flour

1 teaspoon salt

7 gr. fresh yeast

1 glass and a half water

Oregano

Minced garlic

oil tablespoons

 

For the filling of the rolls:

8 slices Iberian ham

8 slices of bacon / "bacon"

8 slices of cheese

Fresh tomato

Preparation:

DOUGH: We put the flour and all the dry ingredients and mix in the water, put the yeast and dilute it well, add it to the flour and also put the oil and knead well let it rest until it doubles its volume.

We extend the mixture into rectangular shape and proceed to fill the center of the rectangle with all the ingredients, distributing them evenly along the rectangle.

We form a roll with the dough, taking care that the top and bottom of the roll are sealed.

At the end of the roll, cut into portions of about 5 cm.

We bake at 200 Cº, having preheated the oven previously.

Note: If you see that the dough is too soft you can add more flour and if it is, on the contrary that it is hard you can put more water; depends on the flour
