Ingredients:
1 packet of wheat pancakes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion.
1/2 chicken breast
1 tablespoon garlic powder.
1 spoonful of cumin.
1 tablespoon of oregano.
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 spoonful of ground cayenne (spicy to taste).
For the guacamole:
1 avocado
1/2 tomato
1/4 onion
lemon and oregano.
For the yogurt sauce:
2 Greek yogurts.
1/2 lemon
For the melted cheese with chorizo:
250 g cheese to melt (emmental, gruyere, gouda ...).
100 gr Iberian chorizo.
Directions:
To prepare the fajitas:
We cut the fillets of breast, the onion and the peppers into strips, and fry everything together with a little oil. Before it is done, we add all the spices (previously mixed), and let everything be done well.
To prepare the guacamole:
We put all the ingredients in the blender and beat (it is not necessary that it is left too much, the pieces look good). For the yogurt sauce we mix everything well, and that's it.
To prepare the cheese:
We grate it fine, place it in a clay pot, and on top distribute the chorizo cut into small pieces; and we can do it in the microwave or in the oven (the time you need to melt the cheese).
The cakes are heated as indicated by the manufacturer, and served all together, alternating cheese pancakes, with chicken fajitas with one or two sauces, each one to your liking!
