Ingredients for four people:
1kg of frozen peas
2 chopped onions
2 tablespoons flour
1 liter and a half of chicken broth
1 small brick of cream
250g of Jamón Ibérico dry ham
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
In a frying pan with hot oil, add the chopped onion, stirring until lightly browned and incorporate the flour and the peas, mix well.
Add the broth and let it boil until the peas are cooked.
Adjust the salt - pepper, and grind with the mixer.
Add the cream and stir until it reaches a smooth texture.
Before serving, incorporate on the cream some pieces of slightly fried Jamón Ibérico.
