Ingredients:
500 g of fusilli or any pasta of your choice.
250 g of mushrooms
250 g of cheese spread
1 onion
3 or 4 cloves of garlic
100 cc of brandy
Salt and white pepper
Young garlic
Directions:
In a large pan with olive oil, poach the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add the rolled mushrooms and sauté, season and add the brandy.
Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the cheese and stir well until a soft sauce is obtained (if necessary you can add a little milk).
In another pan fry the garlic shoots and then the chorizo cut into slices. We boil the pasta for as long as the manufacturer advises, drain (without refreshing it) and pour it over the sauce.
Mix well and add chorizo and young garlic. You are ready to eat.
