Ingredients:
• 100 gr. Butter
• 100 gr. flour
• 200 gr. Iberian Ham
• 1 chive
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 liter milk
- To batter and fry:
• flour
• 3 beaten eggs
• crumbed bread.
Directions:
Put the butter to melt in a pan.
Add the garlic and the onion and we fry them well. Then, add the ham finely chopped, and allow to sauté a little more.
Add the flour and mix well, being well mixed; pour the milk little by little while stirring.
It is necessary to work the dough about 20 minutes approximately.
We pass the contents to a tray to let cool.
When the dough is cold, we mold the croquettes, batter in flour, beaten egg, and crumbed bread, to finally fry in hot oil.
