Oil Characteristics: It is a natural product, true olive juice, depending on the conditions of maturation, harvesting and obtaining the so-called EXTRA virgin olive oil.

Characteristics of Serrano Dry ham: The ham is the food obtained by the curing (salting and drying) of the hind leg of the pig. "Serrano" means "of the sierra", since it is in these mountainous areas where it is best cured. This same product is also called palette or shoulder when it is obtained from the front legs. The hams are the hind limbs of the pig.  The pigs are usually of the Duroc, Pietrain, Landrace or Large White breed, and are fed with feeds made mostly with cereals. 

Characteristics of Salchichon: It is the product of the selection of the best lean Iberian pork that after being chopped, they are marinated with the best spices and stuffed in selected natural casing, maturing between 4 and 6 months , giving as result a natural product, with fine texture and exquisite soft and natural flavor.
